Assistant to Financial Advisor
L&M Financial Services is a financial advisory firm located in Amherst NY. At L&M we don’t view what we do as simply managing money - we build relationships and continue to grow our business through honesty, integrity, and hard work. We show up every day thinking about ways we can serve our clients better.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant to support one of our financial advisors. The individual will help build client relationships by providing support and coordination of all activities including accurate completion and processing of client paperwork, assisting clients with requests and inquiries, answering client questions, assisting with preparation of client appointments and client reviews and general office support.
The successful candidate will have:
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills
· Associates degree
· Demonstrated experience handling client concerns with high quality service standards
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Teamwork and collaboration skills
· Prior experience of financial services preferred
